  • I am In-Network with the following panels:

    • Blue Cross/Blue Shield

    • Aetna

  • Out-Of-Network

    • I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify if your plan allows for out-of-network coverage. Payment is expected in full at time of appointment. Superbill’s provided upon request for you to submit to receive reimbursement from your insurance company directly if benefits covered.

• Rates

  • Initial Session: $200

  • 55 min session: $175

  • Therapy should be be accessible for all. If finances are a barrier, please reach out for sliding scale availability. I utilize the Embracing Equity scale for clients to help determine what they feel capable of

• Payment

  • Co-Payment & Payment is expected at time of session. I accept all major Credit Cards and HSA Flex spending cards/check/cash.
