Welcome!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker passionate about working with new parents throughout the pregnancy and parenthood transition and beyond. I believe change is possible and my role as a therapist is to help my clients achieve the life they want to live. I will work collaboratively with you to help you develop the tools to manage your struggles and challenges. I provide a warm and non-judgmental place to get to know you and how I can best help you on your path.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and experienced with clients struggling with fertility challenges, loss, as well as the transition to parenthood. I have a special interest and experience working with grief including perinatal, infant, and traumatic grief. I have completed the certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care through the MISS Foundation. I have completed part 1 and 2 of EMDR Foundational Training.
Clients describe me as engaged and genuine. Opening up to a therapist can be hard, and I pride myself on providing a safe place to explore issues and develop skills/tools for change.
